Shovein focuses her practice on the procurement and enforcement of trademark rights. She handles notice and takedown complaints under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and has successfully represented clients in arbitration proceedings under ICANN`s Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy and other alternative dispute resolution policies. Shovein also has experience with administrative agencies such as the FDA and CPSC with respect to product review and clearance.
