SOUTHFIELD, Mich. – For the seventh year in a row, Brooks Kushman has been named one of Metropolitan Detroit’s 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®. The winning companies will compete for 13 elite awards which will be revealed during a digital presentation on Tuesday, October 27, 2020.
In order to be recognized, companies must distinguish themselves by demonstrating a commitment to excelling in their human resources practices and employee enrichment. Organizations are assessed based on categories such as communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition, retention and more. Best and Brightest uses an independent research firm to evaluate each company based on key measures in these various categories. This evaluation includes an employer questionnaire and employee engagement survey. Each year, expectations for the awards are set higher, encouraging companies to improve their practices, making the Metro Detroit region a better place to live and work.
