SOUTHFIELD, Mich., – Brooks Kushman Shareholder Marc Lorelli will serve as a panelist at the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Corporate Counsel University in Philadelphia, PA. Lorelli’s panel, “Protecting Your Client’s IP,” will focus on identifying common issues with patent advertising, trademarks, licensing, and open source software. The panel will also discuss nondisclosure agreements and necessary steps to protect corporate IP.
Lorelli is co-chair of Brooks Kushman’s intellectual property litigation practice. He has successfully tried patent, trademark, trade secret and copyright cases in Federal Courts nationwide. He has also practiced before the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, and the International Trade Commission. Lorelli also has extensive experience with post-grant proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office including re-examination and inter partes review.
ACC’s Corporate Counsel University is a two-day workshop which features panels that focus on various areas of corporate law. The event will take place on June 20– 22nd in Philadelphia, PA.
