Eric Kohli Named Vice Chair of Nevada State Bar’s IP Law Section

ROYAL OAK, Michigan – Eric Kohli, Shareholder at Brooks Kushman, was appointed Vice Chair of the Nevada State Bar IP Law Section.  

In this role, Eric will help advance the mission of the Intellectual Property Section, which is dedicated to enhancing IP law, supporting IP practitioners, fostering education on evolving IP laws and regulations, and driving discussions on improving the practice of intellectual property law. His leadership will contribute to shaping programs, forums, and initiatives that support attorneys across Nevada in navigating the complexities of IP law. 

Additionally, Eric serves as a member of the Fee Dispute Arbitration Committee for the State Bar of Nevada. The Fee Dispute Arbitration Committee, which includes up to 100 members, resolves disputes of legal fees and costs between clients and attorneys through mediation or arbitration for the State Bar of Nevada.
