Tom Lewry is quoted in this article that discusses a new study about ethical issues related to downloading copyrighted music.

Lewry commented, “Industry lawsuits ‘will scare some people away from file-sharing for a short time, but they will begin to use more sophisticated programs that permit them to hide their identities`”.

Lewry represented four college students sued by RIAA for copyright infringement earlier this year.
