Brooks Kushman Shareholder Rachel Smith will be speaking on a panel at the 2022 Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Corporate Counsel University event in Nashville. This three-day event happening on June 19-21 is tailored for in-house lawyers and provides continuing education across multiple disciplines. Rachel will participate in the Intellectual Property Panel, titled, “Protecting Your Client’s IP.” This panel will focus its discussion on various IP topics, including risks that in-house attorneys face on a day-to-day basis, how to best protect corporate assets and confidential information, and how to effectively handle threat letters.
