SOUTHFIELD, Michigan– Brooks Kushman CEO Sangeeta Shah contributed to a recent IPWatchdog article on Tiffany Cunningham’s historic confirmation to the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (CAFC). Members of the IP community, such as Shah, and senators who voted for her, comment on what this might mean for the CAFC long-term.

And, last but certainly not least, I’m thrilled that an African American woman with such impeccable qualifications will sit on the Federal Circuit, breaking yet another glass ceiling. I am hopeful that her confirmation will serve as a catalyst for change.”
