SOUTHFIELD, Mich. – In an October 1, 2020 article by IAM Magazine, the recent IAM Auto IP event co-hosted by Brooks Kushman was discussed, with specific focus given to the controversial discussion over standard essential patents (SEPs) and the ongoing challenges facing OEMs.
